The hotel location is ideal, being on the campus and close to a golf course. It is perfect for those who are visiting the campus or are interested in playing golf. Rooms are neat and clean, with comfortable beds and adequate amenities. Breakfast offered a good spread with a range of food options to choose from.

The hotel's exterior could use some maintenance and could be a bit cleaner in several areas.

Water presure is very low... Cannot enter the nearest gate after 12' midnight...no explaination when check-in...no sign board on the gate.... Breakfast very basic....

The booking service is not as good as I expected.. I booked a room thorough Booked.net and confirmed it in the morning before 12 noon at the counter itself.. But when I come back to check in at 5, I was told there is no more room available for my booking. I have to take a room reserved for walk in guest. Im totally disappointed with the booking service, especially when there's a big event like convocation..

The hotel had a great location near the campus and offered a variety of delicious halal food. The pillows were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The friendly staff were helpful and welcoming.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard with dusty and sticky surfaces and stained bedsheets. The check-in process was also slow, and the restaurant manager was pushy and annoying, making the dining experience unpleasant.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's so easy to explore the city from here. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our requests. the breakfast was included, and the options were delicious! the hotel also had a lovely courtyard where you could relax and enjoy a coffee or tea.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. There were some stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include: clean rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near the golf course. Parking was also free and easy.

Worst aspects? Can't fault the property in any way.

** Internet access very slow. With the scenario 'nothing to see around the hotel', its good to compensate with 'comfortable speedy internet access' *** Your breakfast only start at 7.30 am. Its too late, i went for breakfast at 7.00am oly to be informed the breakfast not yet ready and hv to wait another 30 minutes!!! i wolud like to suggest you start it around 6.45 a.m *** Sorry to recommend that you need to spend more money on pest control..there was a cockroach in my room!!! First time im encountered such problems staying in a hotel in this quality.
